We look back to the early agricultural practices, making our bread by using a variety of native grains and baking it in the wood-fire.
We meet at the location of our nomadic base and kitchen and welcome you with a variety of drinks.
We begin by presenting the history and artistry of breadmaking in the Mediterranean regions. Then, we knead our dough using a variety of native grains and wild yeast, and then bake it over an open fire.
We can then taste our bread, drizzled with oil from wild olives and herbs. We complete the experience with a light meal, and the bread as a core ingredient of the Greek culinary tradition.
The duration of the whole experience is four hours. Private workshops can be scheduled to accommodate the needs of our guests. All open experiences are arranged by us.
